Go through each phase of your project with Geolith

We support our customers at every stage of their lithium production project, providing them with an efficient and scalable solution.

Step 1: Preliminary Feasibility Study (France,US)

During the preliminary feasibility study, our researchers will carry out laboratory tests on a sample of your brine (30 litres) to validate the performance of the Li-Capt® technology.

We will also provide an initial CAPEX and OPEX estimate.

Step 2: Feasibility Study and FEED

For the feasibility study, our experts carry out tests on a 5m3 DLE demonstration unit using our industrial Li-Capt® Column.

This study allows us to confirm the results obtained in the laboratory and to refine the CAPEX and OPEX estimates.

It is possible to transport the pilot test directly to the customer’s site. We can also design and deliver tailored demonstration units for our customers to operate in their premises.

We then carry out the basic engineering and flowsheet design to prepare the final project.

Step 3: EPC

It’s time to go live!

We can help you with interface engineering (utilities and BOP) and project management.

We design, manufacture and deliver your Li-Capt® equipment and assist with installation and commissioning.

Step 4: Operation and maintenance

Geolith ensures optimal performance through comprehensive after-sales support, efficient filter renewal, and eco-friendly recycling of used filters, upholding system integrity and environmental responsibility.

We have been developing our Li-Capt® technology since 2016, refining it in our demo units in France, the UK and Chile by working directly with key players and experts in the lithium sector.

We have successfully tested it in over 100 brines around the world. Our DLE technology is now ready to be deployed for cheaper, greener lithium production!

Our laboratory

Giving you the information you need

At our research laboratories in France and the United States, we test our customers’ brine as part of preliminary feasibility studies. These tests allow us to check whether the concentration is high enough for commercial exploitation.

In addition to this study, our researchers can also carry out more specific analyses (looking for cations, titanium, etc.).

Moreover, our laboratory pilot allows us to obtain initial results on the effectiveness of our lithium Li-Capt® Column on the water at your production site.

Our engineers have designed and built five demonstration units in the UK, France, US, Bolivia and Chile.

At these sites and under real conditions, we have perfected our Li-Capt® technology and made it ready for use in different contexts (salar, oil, geothermal, etc.).
